The above is the 5th relisting of a Chinese counterfiet cent. The seller, in a reponce to my conserns wrote;

"Whatever e-bay policeman has reported this coin as a counterfeit or fake has very limited knowledge of American large cents. I wish they would find some other destructive cause to donate their time to. If you dont like this coin dont bid on it and mind your own affairs."

This guy knows it is a bad cent as his first sale of it resulted in a return and a neg FB. I reported it to eBay. Perhaps you folks could do the same?

How to report an item (Chinese counterfiet)
On the right side of the auction page, about halfway down you will see the words report item Click on it.
A page with 3 drop down panels comes up. Choose the following;
1 Report category > Prohibited and Restricted
2 Reason for Report > Stamps, Currency and Coins
3 Detailed Reason > Replica Coins
Click Continue
Click Send

It doesn't get any easier than this, 6 mouse clicks

I reported him also. I don't know if it maters or not, but the more something is reported maybe something will be done.

I sent him an innocent note telling him it looked like a fake and he might delist it, he replied, "Hey, I'm an old man and
don't know much about these things"...

"This listing (271031913225) has been removed, or this item is not available."

Wonderful. Maybe if ebay gets enough bad reports they take it do. Or made the seller take it down. Maybe that's what we need to do. Just a lot of us report on bad ones.
