This stinks!!!!! This seems unlawful!! Who has been lobbying EBay???????? No doubt PCGS and NGC support it!!
This is not right!!! Ebay is probably the largest coin market in the world, and for them to lay this requirement on us is going too far!!!

Just to clarify, as there was some confusion on another board, the policy is the coin must be graded by PCGS or NGC if the buy it now price is $2,500+, or if the reserve price is $2,500+, or if the start price is $2,500+. You can list a raw coin starting at $2,499 and if it sells for $10,000 then you are not going against their policy.
Gotta be illegal. Bet a lawsuit is in the works!!
Forces all of us to send our expensive coins to PCGS or NGC if we want
to sell them in a particular format (ie Buy it Now). PCGS and NGC
must be salivating!!! We need an alternative to Ebay!!
