Beats me. Could just be a simple double punched date, which aren't always considered varieties since most dates have them in one form or another.

Yes, they copy your images and list them for sale. Its a scam, nothing more. Report it to Ebay. This happens all the time.

They aren't selling your coins. They're stealing pictures of real auctions and creating fake sales.
