What about copper housed in slabs?
Has anyone noticed a pattern of problems with copper housed in plastic slabs? Importantly for me, you can't give the coin a light coat of inert oil. I think copper is like a firearm with a blue finish, you have to keep a light coat of oil on it. The only coin that I have that has a corrosion issue is one that I removed from a slab. It's minor corrosion but still, I'm just saying I had to break Han Solo out of that carbonite! So anyway my opinion, I just don't think copper coins belong in slabs:eek:
