Here's R8 quiz 125:
Is this a wide date or a close date?
How many berries are on the reverse of this type?
T/F-- the nicknames of these cuds are: the billy goat, the pyramid, the sub & mines and the harpooned whale.
These are all 1831 N12. In which die state is this variety most often found?
T/F-- in the Naftzger/Goldberg sale 2/1/09 appeared a full mint state set like this.
Enjoy!

The coins in R8 quiz 125 have a wide date and 13 berries on the reverse. False--only the pyramid and harpooned whale are currently popular nicknames for three of these cuds but Copper Notes voters could permanently nickname all of these. 1831 N12 is most often found early with die cracks around the stars but no shifting field or cud right of the date. False--the Naftzger set 2/1/09 was all mint state but was missing one of these die states.
