Hi, just got this mixed in with some novas and some connecticuit coppers, but can't seem to ID this one.... looks like a Washington bust but doesn't match any varieties I'm farmiliar with. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, mike716

....... the reverse is smooth, and there's no date. Just the profile is visible and a letter "o" above the profile

Possibly, a Canadian token? Wellington, King George? Might be a conder token? What's on the edge, if anything?

This looks like a Canadian token called the "George Ords Token" An evasion copper that circulated in Lower Canada. The reverse should have a harp and be dated 1834. Generally found with very weak date and legends. Made in Ireland.

Hi, I found a pic of a George ords, and that is definitely it! The "o " directly above the profile confirmed it.... couldn't find that on anything else similar. Thank you -mike.
