Please forgive me if this is in another thread. It's my first year in EAC. I remember getting a memo with my Membership package and maybe I read something on this Forum also about membership dues were to be paid in April and that the memo would be in the April issue. I am getting this correct? I haven't received anything. I hope I'm not jumping the gun.
Thanks guys,.... Erik

I'm not sure when the notice will come out, but our membership year, for most people, ends on 6/30. You can pay your dues any time before then to remain current. You can mail a check for $39 to: Early American Coppers, Inc.
PO Box 3497
Lake Worth, FL 33465
They were trying to get almost everyone on the same membership year, and I'm not sure everyone is yet, so you might be a little different still.

A dues notice was included with the April P-W. Mine arrived yesterday (Thursday), so others should get it very soon.

Hugh, you should be given a replacement copy and be refunded/credited the dues for that quarter, at this late date. IMHO. Have you notified the membership chair or contacted your regional rep.? Randy

Hugh-Contact Chuck Heck about your missing issue.

I sure do not want to come across as being rude but why should EAC give a 'Credit to a Member's Dues' when a publication is mailed out and not received. Doesn't the responsibility lie on the USPS for not delivering the said 'Envelope' on a timely basis? After all if EAC was suppose to hand deliver each copy to each member then it would be the Club's accountability and responsibility.....in reality all the time I receive mail through USPS which is torn up, butchered or lost. Also I joke around because where I live I do not think the USPS has enough mail carriers to cover all the daily routes so once every two weeks no one where I live(including me)receives mail on a given day!!!
Take it easy.....Leo
