(May 15, 1968) In this issue of P-W was an announcement soliciting nominations and announcing an election of officers. In the July 15 issue it was announced that no nominations were received and the officers would remain unchanged.

(1970) William Parks resigned as Treasurer. Mrs. H.A. Elaine Silberman assumed the duties as acting treasurer.

The club has a number of appointed positions including Bourse Chairman, Comptroller, Editor of Penny-Wise, Historian, Librarian, Publisher of Penny-Wise and Sale Cataloguer. These positions are generally filled by volunteers and serve at the discretion of the President and Board.

From the beginning the typist and mimeographer for Penny-Wise was "Mama Mimeo." Her true identity is Mrs. Margaret Beeler of Winter Park, Florida. In 1974 the club made her an Honorary member of EAC.

(November 15, 1971) Dr. Lapp passed on material collected for the library to John Wright who took over the position of EAC Librarian. Later Mabel Ann Wright took over as EAC Librarian.

(1979) Pete Smith was appointed EAC Historian.

(March 15, 1986) Dr. Warren Lapp announced his retirement as Editor of Penny-Wise. Since 1967 he had published 113 issues including more than 5440 pages. Also retiring was Bill Parks who had coordinated the printing and distribution of P-W since 1967.

(May 1986) Dr. Harry Salyards of Hastings, Nebraska, was appointed Editor of Penny-Wise as a replacement for Dr. Lapp.

(July 15, 1986) Wes Rasmussen assumed the responsibilities of printing Penny-Wise. P-W was printed and distributed from Bloomington, Minnesota.

In 1990 the membership function was removed from Vice President and assigned to Rod Burress as an ongoing responsibility.

(1993) A number of appointed positions were in transition in 1993. Bill Noyes who had catalogued EAC Sales since 1980, resigned as the cataloguer. He was replaced by Tom Reynolds. Bill Weber resigned as bourse chairman. In later years, this responsibility has been taken over by Stu Hodge. James Holtz was appointed EAC Comptroller. Holtz died in 1995.

(1996) Chuck Heck was appointed EAC Comptroller.

(1997) Dale Anderson replaced Dan Demeo as on-site EAC Sale coordinator.
